We warmly welcome you to the Jose Ortega (JOES) PTA! Whether you're a returning family or new to JOES, we're thrilled to serve our school and your children, and we encourage your participation to strengthen connections and cultivate a vibrant, engaged school community.

Our Mission

Our mission is to bring community together in support of our children, creating a warm and inclusive environment where every student and family can thrive. We raise funds to ensure our school maintains programming and events that sparks imagination, develops scientific inquiry, and supports social-emotional health. The PTA also organizes many events throughout the year including the Fall Carnival, Move-A-Thon, Lunar New Year dinner, Camping Trips, Greening Parties, Staff Appreciation Week, and more!
