Holi is a major Hindu festival of colors, love, and spring. It celebrates the love between the deities Radha and Krishna.

Washable and hypoallergenic colors will be thrown below the neck or upwards in the sky outside in the yard. We recommend not wearing your best clothes to school or bring an old t-shirt to put on regular clothes.

Kathryn Otoshi has written a new book called "White Raven." It's centered around fostering critical thinking. The book is coming out in May, but she is doing a soft release in April.

We’re excited to announce the 2nd annual Jose Ortega TALENT SHOW! This is your student’s chance to shine and share their amazing talent with friends, family and the school community. Whether your student loves to sing, dance, perform magic tricks, play an instrument, tell jokes, read poetry, demonstrate martial arts/gymnastics, or show off a special skill—we want to see it all!

To honor and celebrate our African American students, Ortega warmly invites our African American families to join us for a special Breakfast with Your Child. This will be a joyful morning of community, student voices, and celebration! RSVP here.

The in-person auction event features food, drinks, live bidding on high value items (with an auctioneer and all!) and silent bidding on special baskets to bring excitement and hype to the event.

Eco-Adventures is an environmental education program that offers service-learning, and outdoor recreation for youth.
