Easy Ways to Earn Money for Jose Ortega!
Our school has many great programs (like science and art) that we help fund through raising money and every little bit helps! One of the easiest ways to do this (and no extra out-of-pocket) is to utilize these options below when shopping.
Use smile.amazon.com/ch/94-3190930 when shopping on Amazon, and AmazonSmile donates when you set Jose Ortega Elementary PTA as the beneficiary.
Rakuten: Sign up for Rakuten and add “Jose Ortega PTA, 400 Sargent Way, San Francisco, CA 94132” as the payee for “your big fat paycheck.” Start your online shopping here on thousands of merchants and a percentage of what you spend will go back to the school.
Be sure to add the Rakuten button on your web browser. Once you complete this easy installation, you can shop directly at participating merchants’ sites rather than going through the ebates webpage and automatically make contributions for Jose Ortega.
Ways to maximize cash back when shopping online:
Check to see which one provides the higher cash back at the store you’re shopping at and then use the link that has the higher percentage. If you install the Rakuten button in your web browser, it will automatically pop-up with registered stores and you can click on the one with a higher percentage.

It’s easy to do - simply submit your receipts from shopping or dining done at Serramonte Center between August 1, 2022 through January 31, 2023, and each dollar will earn Jose Ortega five (5) points.
There are 3 ways to submit:
1) Submit your receipts online at MarketingGuru.com/Receipts → Earning for Learning, and complete the form and upload. Make sure to write "VOID" on your receipt before uploading.
2) Present your original receipts to Serramonte Center’s Information Kiosk where they will be logged, stamped and returned to you.
3) Turn in your receipts to the school office and we will upload them for you. Receipts will not be returned.
Please note that receipts must be redeemed within 90 days of purchase date to count.
